I don’t think it is hard. We are really awful. We’ve lost to Essendon who got murdered, lost to port who got murdered.
We are in the second/ third tier currently. That third tier can maybe beat the sides around us or lose to them - see gws and freo. Gold Coast dogs pies hawks etc are a class above us and may have been even with papley etc not injured. But for now we are a genuinely average side
At least we aren’t in the north west coast level.

North were coming last weekend, guess thats over then. Presume they run off in the second half, Carrying 9 possies with 5 turnovers won’t help .

Lions still for me, just don’t think they are going near their best yet, probably lose today now though.

Don’t trust the Dogs , have Hawks ahead of them when push comes to shove, Cats when it matters too.

Cats with there experience will be there also
Loins will get going like you say
Dogs have great depth and have the team to go all the way imo. Probably the most exciting team but all get in a dirty when required

Dogs have a great list, few injuries hurt , Beveridge era they seem to disappoint, last year going into the finals they were probably the second best side.
The dumb part is we could still make the 8 , there’s some middle of the road teams.
If you put a gun against my head I’d probably pick the Pies reluctantly from here, Hawks missing a key forward
