Opinion Opposition Supporter Pity Thread

Thought I'd make this for all the opposition supporters who feel the need to tell us chin up, Buttercup because we're "almost there", "just need to put the pieces together" or "I have a neat train set". Would be good to get all the posts in the same thread over the course of a season so we can read them on cold, lonely September nights with tears in our eyes and sup milk from the saucer of human kindness.
