Was there ever any doubt ?
I said it last week . It’s very hard going back to a lower level in age & as was the U19 SA side talent around him last week vs a rampant dominant WA side .
Thats why I expect JHF to come into our club next season & settle right in with the likes of Ben10, Jy , LDU , TT , Powell , WAP etc .. all along side him . In fact without putting the moz on him but I expect him to surpass some of these 1st year players from this year . Can’t wait to hear on draft night in Nov … “ with pick 1 North Melbourne pick Jacob Horne Francis (west Adelaide footy club “ 👍💪😁

And then we get a shock as Jacob Horne Francis is just some nerd that entered himself as a joke.

Positives:
- Acceleration and power is elite.
- His contested work is elite for his age.
- Accumulated a lot of footy from half-forward, with only small spurts in the middle.
- Good size
- His defensive and offensive transition running is very good.
- Elite inside/contested handballing.
- Composure under pressure is good.
- Good mark for his size.
- A whole bunch of other good stuff.
- The only real negative was his inside fifty kicking, but he seems really technically correct in that respect. Not to mention he pulled off some absurd kicks the other week and it was a bit windy there, so I’m not concerned in the slightest. Will never be a Daniel Rich quality kick, but he doesn’t seem to blast away like Danger and a few others.

Tom Powell was an average kick when we drafted him. Seemed alright by the time his season ended.

I’m not saying he is an average kick, he just wasn’t flash with some of them today. Has a lovely kicking action.

What's Jason's ball-handling generally like? One touch, poised? Or powers his possessions by hand to get where they need to go?
Very clean in the contest and his handballing is quick, but noticeably legal.

It would be our luck. But at least we finally got Jake Kelly to take that godfather deal.
Absolute nepotism, Kelly is down the pecking order in their midfield, yet getting paid big bucks because he is the son of an ex-player…. any other industry and there would be massive uproar.

Sometimes words just fail hey...

I thought at least it's the highest level that sort of commentator is going to get to and then I remembered BT commenting on somebody kicking "the first game of the match" last night.
