all eyes on combenOur backline needs a lot of work.
I think Larkey would make a great second forward, I feel we need full forward as well... assuming CCJ makes it as a ruckman. He seemed pretty handy up forward for Richmond this year.
We at least have good options up forward, backline needs a lot of work.
- Another goal kicking mid (can never have enough) - NO HOLE - WE HAVE TT and JHF as goal kicking mids - they need to be developedHow many holes do we have on our list now?
- Another goal kicking mid (can never have enough)
- A key defender
- A running half back
- Small forward
- *potentially another key forward if our current keys don’t work out
We should be able to tick off 2-3 of those with the picks we already have this year.
By far the hardest one on that list to tick off is the goal kicking mid.
Quality over quantity 100%. We aren’t starting from scratch.

Cornes and Lloyd on trade radio , North should have taken Adelaide’s offer.
Lloyd went through a list of number 1 and 4 picks over the previous years and cornes bought up the points for the picks on offer and that ‘he might want to go home in 6 years’.
No mention on how good JHF could be and previous number 1 means nothing for this year.
Get ready for the sh*t show when Jason has a average game.
Did they add " JHF won't contribute anything to Norths midfield of Simpkin, LDU, Thomas, Phillips, Cunnington & Powell to make it any better "?

10 mins later Kane is challenging Adelaide to think outside the square and stop taking home grown kids.. FMDCornes and Lloyd on trade radio , North should have taken Adelaide’s offer.

Did they consider the fact that if he goes home in 6 years he will likely be worth an actual Godfather trade, not pick 6 and avyet to be determined future?Cornes and Lloyd on trade radio , North should have taken Adelaide’s offer.

Because we've never had it I have never really paid attention, are plays for pick 1 normal?
Reject offers, pick him number 1.
Nice work GR and thanks for the heads up on the interview I caught the majority of it.

7, 15 and 26 plus Dusty
I hope we don't bid on either Daicos or Darcey. As long as my calculations are correct, Yes.
A bid at pick 2 for Daicos would take out picks 27,36,43,46,48 and creates a new pick at pick 55 with the left over points
A bid at pick 3 - Picks used 27,36,43,46 and creates pick 62 with the leftover
A bid at pick 4 - picks used 27,36,43,46 and creates pick 49 with the leftover
Re Darcy,
A bid at 4, would take out picks 23,44,45, 52 - creates pick 60 with the leftover
A bid at 5 - would take out picks 23,44,45 - creates pick 72
A bid at 6 - woult take out picks 23,44,45 - creates pick 62
He certainly does! It would take a monumental disaster at NMFC to lose him.. He has stated he is excited by our young developing list. You dont say shit like that if you have underlying intentions to “go home” just silly and expect NMFC to be competing for the top 4 in 2/3 years why would you leave if you can taste success and glory? Its a ridiculous conversationGood.
From what I have read about this kid he gives off a fiercely loyal vibe.
Reject offers, pick him number 1.
I can't see us bidding after those calculations. Just have to expect those bids to come in the top 6.I hope we don't bid on either Daicos or Darcey.
Remove all risk, take the #1 and move on.
So a bid on Daicos in the top four and Darcy in the top six mean we end up with 39 and 40 instead of 42 and 47? And our original 40 goes back to 37 for the tigers?I can't see us bidding after those calculations. Just have to expect those bids to come in the top 6.
