Is it 2km now? My mistake.Really you're going to be waiting a very very long time for the results of the 2023 3km run, an eon probably
For me? Not really, he tested well in pre season so it was moreso just clarification that he's pretty well over his groin issue to replicate that. I still have him as an option from 40 onwards regardless, it's one thing to have the athletic traits, but you need to consistently apply them at the right times in games.PMBangers
Does McAulliffe running a sub 3-second 20m and a 95cm running vertical change his draft status for you? What would you have his draft range at?
Not sure I recall him being scouted as having that sort of explosiveness.
Updated heights and weights will be up on RMC over the next week, but I don't think he's grown a significant amount. Did test well for the 20m and has a really good reach on him for a 190ishcm though, so there's weapons there to overcome the lack of height for a KPF roleCaddy seems to be a polarising player on our board. Any chance you know what his actual measured height is? Do you think he will make is as a key position forward?
Cheers
Charlie Constable vibes?
Hard to make it as a slowish HBFer
What did he run for the 2km and the 20m sprint?Stevens has a way better tank than CC as shown by his 2k time. I dont think he will ever be an A grader but he will be a solid 100 gamer somewhere.
Also ran a 6.35 2kmFor me? Not really, he tested well in pre season so it was moreso just clarification that he's pretty well over his groin issue to replicate that. Lol yes sub 6 is just not normalIt's incredible that my first thought was "so what?" before registering that it's a good result, these damn sub 6 minute 2kms are ruining my perception of what's reasonable
I think it's time for the AFL to look at a better way to get the data the clubs are after at the combine. The combine is not what it use to be, probably why some clubs are running their own testing which include ball skills. No one does it better than the NFL. This should be the AFL's starting point to build a testing program for the athletes which includes various skills.

I personally think GPS data is so much more valuable than the combine results. Then no doubt, interviews would add some further pieces to the puzzle.
Most recruiters talk to people around the clubs for further data.
I remain optimistic about that yes, I think his midfield performances through the CTL weren't near as bad as some have made out, he's not the complete product yet but there was enough development over a month or so to suggest its a possibility.Do you think Duursma can become a midfielder at AFL level?
After going back over a lot of vision for his draft profile I'm really conflicted on Archer. He's got some really unique traits for his height in his cleanliness at ground level and general mobility, good leading patterns and work rate, but I'm less convinced hes going to realise his potential at the top level than i was a month ago.Hey mate
Whats your thoughts on Archer Reid? Do you think he slides into the 2nd?
