Obviously there are a shitload of positives so ill pick out some of the more important ones.

Positives:
Confidence boost for Kennedy - Wont exactly call it a return to form but confidence is key and that will give him a huge boost hopefully up his output a fair bit more. That last goal was beautiful
Return to form for Embley - Obviously been back a few weeks and finally came good at the right time. Lets hope he takes it into next week.
Midfield WorkRate - Exceptional. Need to be like that always.
Defense Ability to Work for Each Other - Love it.

Negatives:
Too much team mate collision - More voice required?
Beau Waters - That is going to hurt our chances. Very unlikely to play again this year.
Went a bit soft at points which is understandable but we cannot afford to do that versus other finals teams. Look what Hawks did to us last week.

Looks like a toe or something. Also that is a negative, obviously haha.

I have done an achilles and he will be very grateful it is not that. They say possible foot/toe tendon injury/turf toe and I also have something like that at the moment, perhaps turf toe, but physio not sure and after 7 weeks and still not any better I have been referred to see a sports doctor this week to get another opinion/scans.

It is a strange injury because you put so much pressure through that toe joint carrying on your daily routine and if it is turf toe or a bad ligament strain off the toe it may be curtains for this year, but certainly not 9-12 months like an achilles...

Any chance of him playing next week? Maybe some heavy strapping and keeping off it for a bit? Maybe the next week if we get over the pies. Info on it at them moment seems to be positive if anything.
Could he possibly play injured through the rest of the finals? Or is that just not Worsfold?

Lance Whitnall? Lets hope he doesnt emulate that bloke.

I thought Josh Hill played well today. Particularly early when the game was there to win. Some of his delivery into the F50 was great.
Masten's game was excellent
Darling

A negative will be that North were really below par for a finals team today.

I actually played the following week after I initially did it and got through half a game before it flared up again, on my non-dominant foot, which is what he has done. Like I said I don't know exactly what I have done, but appears to be toe turf, which is essentially ligament damage in the big toe joint.

You could probably jab him and wear some metal plates in his boots like Sandi is now to protect the toe ligament from the pressure and stresses in the short term, but of course I am just hypothesizing with no knowledge to the long term damage it would cause playing with it, but I am led to believe it is a decent layoff period required to fix it ala the amount of time Sandi has spelled from it.

Watching replay of the game.. was nice to actually have the commentators get excited when we are playing well.
Although from a NM perspective, I guess it could have been construed as barracking, but hey when we've had to put up with Darcy and his rubbish all season, it's kinda nice.

Pretty sure you don't count the finals goals from players just the H & A season, so he kicked what 47? yeah?

Positives
Darls being and animal and dominating the first half, plays much better when he can roam. He can't be caged suma!
Mastens kicking, would be knocking on the door for 'most improved award' this year. Actually looks fast too.
Kerr, just doing his thing. Older and slower but still strong and hard at it.
Kennedy playing badly yet still bagging a few in the last quarter, good confidence booster
Back line overhead marking was awesome, looked like our back 6 took more contested marks then norths forwards.

Negatives aren't really Negatives just.... yeah
Kennedy played poorly for 3 quarters again.
Shueys goal kicking accuracy, it sucks he can't finish off those dashes he does
The team not kicking it to darls in the second half. Seriously, the guy is on fire, give it to him, f**k off lynch.
Waters. There was 1 bit of play where Waters tapped it to Butler and i knew.... one of them was gonna die soon
Tom swift. Just doesn't looks up to AFL standard, would have been subbed if waters didn't get injured ;)

Pos: everyone wearing blue and gold. Really complete performance.
Neg: waters - got carried off so no way he is playing again. Ash smith becomes interesting all of a sudden.

+ & - *It seems Brennan has spent too much time at the Eric Mackenzie school of kicking. Unreliable kick; it's hit and miss. Capable of pulling off some good passes, but also atrocious at times too.

Mackenzie is a great kick. 1 goal straight today, if you hadn't noticed!
