PAZZA agree totally OI played a strong pressure game all day, 1 11 and 34 had a huge influence on the game. If Willy had kicked a little straighter how it would have impacted the game. It was a good game to watch played in good spirit

Pazza, no one is going to be stoked with a loss, however some consolation was that 7 of the 22 played in last years Under 19 GF. This makes 8 for the year, with another 3-4 knocking down the door.

In our last 4 losses, we could/should have won them. There aren't many 4-7 teams with a percentage of 99.90% So we are competitive, but that doesn't let us play finals or even be safe from relegation.

Big game against St.Mary's at the Pine. Win this one and we should be close to being safe and even gives us a chance to push for finals.

Good spirit? Not so much for Reeves-Smyth who was felled with a cowardly late elbow to the head. Check VAFA TV - third quarter 19:45. I expect that no 8 from Willy will have his Saturday arvo's free for a while.

Just thought it might generate some "knowledgeable" suggestions from one or too. Clearly the one that stands out is D 4 N Brunswick - 50 players already and just 9 that have been not injured/unavailable and are still on top. St Bernards appears to not be troubled with injuries etc.

Yes Max. Only two weeks. Disgraceful. Especially when you look at the penalty Jeremy Cameron got for a half accidental act. This thug deliberately tried to take two of Ivanhoe's best players out.
Poor performance from the judiciary.

Some big games in C grade this week, results in a number of games have big effect on the ladder and the season for some clubs.

The boys from Pine Lodge: A win will basically have them locked for C in 2019 a lose and depending on results could make the last few games a bit of a nervous ride.

Fitzroy: Stay in touch of top spot and keep distance to 3rd

The Nest: massive massive game for them !! So much so that i hear the Supreme leader of the fluro odd balls is taking charge of this game ? They expecting trouble at this game or is the supreme leader putting the whistle to his lips to help a younger umpire out ?? Either way i think it shows how big this game is !!

Great effort by Adrian Del Monte on the weekend kicking his 450 goal for the club. Not many better crafty small forwards who can kick the impossible goal.

Marcellin are still having nightmares the day he kicked 8 in the 2013 Preliminary Final to their 5 goals.

I don't post very often, but enjoy the banter, always good natured and (somewhat, mostly) friendly.
I've seen Willi several times this year, and they could lose the Grand Final (if they get that far) because of their shabby first quarters. They crank up after quarter time.
As for the debate on the final four, and coming in from left field (that's the jungle side of the bridge), and from the games I've seen, not necessarily in order:
