Nah it was loud. It definitely wasn't the whole oval, but the ones that were doing it were giving it plenty.

It also inconceivably seemed to persist more than the Houston ones.

I’ve seen so many comments about how cute it is; awww, isn’t it sweet, etc etc. but I’m shocked that Louis wouldn’t be strongly discouraged from supporting a team which is playing against his Dad on his 300th game, and such an important game in other respects for the Crows, the team his Dad has captained and spent his whole career at. How did it even get to that stage? Ridiculous!

This is stupid, honestly. The boys and daughter both had crows gear on when dad ran through the banner. They met up with Daicos when they were on holidays in the offseason and dad must have said “he’s a pretty good player” and Daicos was happy to meet the kids and it’s been an ongoing thing. You can’t force your kid to follow your team. I actually think it shows good maturity by Tex.

Its more about losing one of our best players.

Come on now. Losing Rankine had a huge effect on our on field performance. He's our best player.

We were badly beaten but the margin wasn't too out of control for large parts. Adding a gun forward to better utilise our entries could have been the difference. Or put him in the middle to provide a spark.

With Rachele still out it was a double whammy

My guess is Thithorpe deferred to Keays behind him, thinking Keays had better vision on who was likely to run down TT attempting the open kick. He would have assumed a senior leader like Keays would both be correct about the defensive pressure on TT, and be in the open to actually receive and execute, neither of which was true.

Thilthorpe deferred, Thilthorpe thought, Thilthorpe assumed ...

Then finally, some sense:

It was a shit handball

... and Keays got a bad bounce from it which resulted in him being tackled.
Collingwood pressure, actual and perceived, had the Crows fumbling and second-guessing for the whole game.
