Too right TIF. These days it seems like barely anyone is attempting to make any media content and we're stuck with an endless stream of Headless nonsense. The solution to such a problem is obvious - we need more clever, intelligent, witty and insightful posters around the SFA to do some heavy lifting and bring back some engaging, fresh, original content.

Am I going to be a part of the solution?

No. It takes far less thought to simply rehash a 10-season old generic concept as a nostalgia act.

In lieu of that, for the first time since S23, welcome back Qhampion Data. A rating system that accounts for Qooty stats, weather, on-field position and posting activity for a comprehensive measure of who the best player in the SFA is.

Special shoutout to serial_thrilla for supplying the posting stats to allow me to catch this up to the current round.

In Round 1, the Qhampion Data player of the week is the new Las Vegas Bears Co-Captain Muddiemoose who was a class above in the midfield in the Furies vs Bears clash, gathering 25 disposals, 9 marks, 6 tackles and kicking a goal in a dominant display. The Moose played an all round complete game with numerous features on the highlight reel including:

The Round 2 Qhampion Data Player of the Week is yet another Bear, this time the Las Vegas spearhead Cap gets the nod for his massive 8 goal haul against the Roys in Round 2 helping his team to a convincing 26 point win. The Roys were out to a 21-point lead early in the second quarter, but from there Cap took control of the game with a 6-goal second quarter burst overpowering the Roys defence to turn the deficit into a 26-point lead at half-time which the Bears would maintain until the final siren.

The second quarter burst was truly a sight to behold...

2 : 2.01 {FF} - Cap through heavy traffic.

2 : 2.07 {FF} - Cap about twenty-five out.

2 : 2.11 {FF} - All clear from the umpire. Its a goal.

2 : 9.42 {FF} - Cap gets too far under the ball.

2 : 9.46 {FF} - Cap hits the ground running.

2 : 9.51 {FF} - A quick snap from Cap.

2 : 9.55 {FF} - Terrible kick off the boot... six points for effectiveness though.

2 : 11.07 {FF} - Cap bounces the ball.

2 : 11.11 {FF} - Cap - about 45 metres and not much angle.

Round 3 saw the Player of the Week honours go to Fighting Furies full forward U2tigers after an absolute day out against the West Coast Wonders where the Furies stormed home to a 10 goal win with Bono being a major factor in deciding the result, kicking 3 goals in the first quarter to build an early lead with one on the quarter time siren, 2 goals in the second quarter to quash a Wonders surge and filling his boots in the final quarter when the Furies piled on the pain.

Bono's highlight reel was mesmerising for Furies fans as he outmaneuvered his opposite number with ease at ground level...

1 : 7.33 {FF} - Spoilt by Frothies Mcveigh.

1 : 7.37 {FF} - Who wants it? U2tigers does. Great stuff.

This season is rainy goals for the spearheads of the SFA as the Round 4 Player of the Week is Royals sad man spookism! Although on this occasion he has very little reason to be sad. Since the Royals finally listened to me and put Spookism to full forward, crying Doctor Who has been a revelation. And there's no better example of this than his 9-goal effort to lead a Royals comeback from 31-points down early in the second quarter to win by 43-points.

It was a game where spookism was kicking them from tight angles in the second quarter...

2 : 17.36 {FF} - spookism and I Dont Care both holding each other. No mark.

2 : 17.4 {FF} - spookism is now off and running.

2 : 17.45 {FF} - Not a lot of daylight for spookism to aim at.

2 : 17.49 {FF} - He's kicked a sausage roll.

But it was the third quarter where spookism really blitzed the Bears to bring the Royals back...

3 : 2.48 {FF} - spookism slowing down the play.

3 : 2.52 {FF} - spookism bounces the ball.

And in the big moments, Spookism kicked the big goals, with scores level 12 minutes into the final quarter spooks put the Royals in the lead...

He managed to take his tally to 9-goals after taking advantage of some late defensive turnovers after a shellshocked Las Vegas backline fell apart, but when the Royals needed him to step up, he made the big plays. Spookism is a worthy Round 4 Qhampion Data player of the week after amassing 223.30 ratings points for his performance.

The Qhampion Data Round 5 Player of the Week is another full forward, this time Dragons spearhead Bonz who is the first player of S33 to earn a POTW honour while playing in a losing team. Bonz kicked 6.4 on a rainy day at The Eyrie against an in-form Phoenix side which accounted for half of his team's total score. Although the Dragons were ultimately outmatched on this occasion, Bonz carried his team for much of the game and was the main reason the Dragons stayed in the contest until deep into the final quarter.

After the Phoenix jumped out to a four-goal lead early in the first term, Bonz sprung into action to kick two goals and assist another to reel them in...

1 : 16.45 {FF} - So Bonz ... with a moment to digest his options.

In Round 6, Bonz continued such a rich vein of form that I barely even needed to change the graphic. He kicked 11 goals in a crazy display as the Dragons absolutely crushed the Baghdad Bombers in a clinical 98-point win. It was clear that Bonz meant business early, by quarter time he had already had 4 goals on the board in a 10-goal quarter for the Dragons. He added 3 goals in the second quarter to set up a 103-point Dragons lead at half time. From there it was cruise control, as the Dragons treated the game as a walk in the park. Because it practically was.

The highlights package of the Bonz Show was quite the spectacle...
