This fellow is pretty imposing if you ask me. I remember vividly the pain when he killed us in the last few games. Sounds like he is getting bigger.

I have not seen Lake (when he was at WB) play on him. Can anyone who has seen them played on each another share their observations?

He's taken over from Travis Cloke. Pity he doesnt play at CHF though. Hopefully Lake will be effective in killing the high ball and we can find out if his mobility has improved.

Even if Lake just holds his ground & allows Gibbo to be 3rd up then we'll be better off. So often in recent years Schoey has been tossed aside prior to the mark that Gibbo doesn't make the contest or at best just makes up numbers. Lake or even Roughy would make us much more effective if looking at that contest in isolation.

*Not all Schoey's fault that he's often 'rag-dolled'. If Buddy/Roughy got away with half of what Tippett/Cloke/Hawkins did against Schoey then they'd both end up with 20+ goals a season more; & I'm not for a second saying that what Cloke/Hawkins do should be called - just making the point that our boys get called for even thinking it.
