There are a couple of very generous Hawthorn families who have already pledged substantial donations. The club will also have other funding sources,

But there is more than just funding to this project: it’s a huge enterprise - there will be comprehensive reports on planning, environment, roads, traffic, structural issues. It will take years rather than months.

Plus some discussions on how big Clarko’s statue should be!

I'm not a big league fan, but was when wondering if anything has come from Shem joining the Storm? I don't think he's played a game, but do they have a VFL equivalent that he plays in? Is he expected to make into the seniors?

The Storm have two affiliate teams in the Queensland Rugby League competition (VFL equivalent). Shem is linked with the Easts Tigers. I don't think he's played for them yet.
