We know he is tactically incapable of taking us to a premiership. Would be fair to sack him if we have someone lined up who has proven they can take a team the distance.

They wont sack Nicks on the back of finals. The AFC are the positive PR club, all decisions made are based on the best immediate PR gain. A finals appearance will endear Nicks to the happy clappers for years!

You could of said the say the same thing about Port Adelaide in the last 10 years.

Port still won finals since 2015 after winning 3 finals in 2013-4.

There has been gradual progress at the crows since being wooden spoons in 2020.

Crows have won a fair bit of games this year. With the season the crows are having, you would demand at least a finals win.

Anything less would be a wasted season

What did we do structurally once Smith was subbed on? Did one of our regular defenders play elsewhere?

Smith played off a wing at times so may have been Curtin forward in to Pedlar’s spot which opened up a wing for Smith. I am not 100% sure tho

I dont think we can argue inexpeirence is whats losing us these games. Its being out coached. Consistently.

Let's be brutally honest here. Crows haven't played one finals match between 2018-2024. Dead certain crows will make finals in 2025 barring a disaster.

Looking back to 2020-2024.

Would you rather have or tolerate what Port Adelaide has gone through from 2020 to 2024 with 3 prelim finals and 3 finals wins.

Or go through and suffer what North Melbourne has been through from round 1 of 2020?
