Hopefully our bad is getting better

Smith's recall was typical short-sighted Crows, going back to options that have contributed to our lengthy finals drought.

However, Smith is no Murphy. He's actually been a good player over the journey.

So it's at the lower end of the bad scale.

It's not Worrell in the twos for structure bad
Or Himmelberg late in for a wet night game bad
Or Thilthorpe in the twos because Billy clunked a couple of grabs in preseason bad
Or Pedlar forward tag on Tom Stewart bad
Or let Serong and Brayshaw run free bad
Or Crouch play through your hip injury bad

Here's to more slightly less dumb decisions🏆
I haven't seen the match, but Murphy was given as best in SANFL on the Crows' web site!

Just think about the possible consequences of that.

As long as you can admit you were wrong about Dawson not being in career form.
Even he realizes he was in a slump.

“Despite collecting 21 disposals last week, Dawson conceded his on-ground influence wasn’t where he wanted it to be and said it was important to return to strong form.

“I try not not to listen too much to the outside noise, but I think the past few weeks I haven’t been playing the way I want to play,” Dawson told AFC Media.”

I wasn’t even going to make a post about it, but since you came out swinging you’ve kicked an own goal.
Only a blind man could say Dawson wasn't down on form particularly his kicking, that laser boot's radar was definitely on the blink..even kicking across his body even when clear at times.

Unbelievable, everyone on here loves Jordan and how he goes about it, but occams the only one I’ve seen that couldn’t see his output/impact was well down for 3 weeks
Three Weeks????

He was voted clearly BOG by the coaches against GWS. I expect him to get the 3 votes in the Brownlow against GWS.
Yes, he was down against Freo.

Hint; No player is outstanding every week unless your an umpire watching P Cripps.

As identified by some astute posters last week, Jordan spent a bit of time forward against the Dockers which was clearly a ridiculous coaching move.

How can it be CLEARLY when one coach didn’t vote him highest or second highest?

Player ratings:
Carlton :24 (our highest rated)
Fremantle: 2.5 (our 21st rated)
GWS: 9.9 (our 7th rated)
Geelong: 4.2 (our 21st rated)
Gold Coast 18 (3rd rated)
North: 13.3 (our 7th rated)
Essendon: 20 (our 4th rated)
St kilda: 8.6 (our 16th rated)

His 2025 average is: 12.56
His 2024 average was 13.39
His 2023 average was 14.81
Do you need to see it on a graph?

Now it’s not everything but it gives a pretty firm indication he hasn’t been in his best form
Especially those 3 weeks which I said
