Rated-yet-underrated Players

VVS silk.

I reckon VVS is actually shouldn't be rated that high compared to Ganguly, Tendulkar and Dravid. He performed amazing against Australia but the other teams in comparison were just not as good.

Don't get me wrong, his innings against Australia in 2000, 2001, 2003, 2004, 2010 were amazing.

Sourav Ganguly.

Not quite in the top two tiers with Tendulkar, Dravid, Segway, Laxman of that era, but quality player, c*** of a bloke but one who gave his side a spine. Played a ripping innings in Brisbane in 03-04 to make sure his side earned a draw.

Ganguly started a culture which continues today. Very intelligent too.
