It's almost as if we had 7 or 8 players out.

the players out there gave up the lead - life is like that. Just as against GC Ryan and JD missed U12's sitters, two goals gifted to GC by obvious indisciplined 50's and Witherden giften them three goals for dumb kicking without any pressure. No injured player had a hand in the 15 point loss. None were kids either.
Worth adding that poor footy like that will lose any game. Just like not tagging the absolutely obviously dominant mid winning the game for the ops (Miller), and kicking in after a behind (if not short to an unmanned opo- licking in absolutely predictably to the right to a 50/50 at best stifling any quick transition and. given we are not tops at contested footy. more likely helping the opo rebound. Just bad footy.
