how many people picked the pies to go from 17th to top 4 last year or GWS to do so well or cats to drop from 1st to 12th? Point is no one knows and we can all have a view, but doesn’t mean anything at all.
We could finish last or top 4. No one knows - that’s why betting companies make money because the unexpected happens regularly.
If JJ opined that he thought we could win it next year would it make any difference?

What other players have they got that we don’t have , they’ve been masterfully coached , worst f50 I’ve seen of a premiership team since 2016 ,,,who exactly are their gun midfield , who’s their gun ruckman ,,,all comes back to how well they’ve been coached . I expect a diff angle on coaching this group will Improve on the 10 1/2 wins we had , the retirements won’t matter neither finished anywhere near top 10 bf . If the new coaches have a positive impact then the 5 games we lost by <10p can turn into wins
