Really a game of two halves. First was some good Essendon footy, the second complete Essington

They are a good side, had a great day in front of goal and threw the kitchen sink and then some at us in the 2nd half...and it was still a reasonably comfortable win.

Disappointing 4th quarter but got the W and played some great footy.

Flip could be in trouble for a real nothing contest.. which could spell trouble if Draper is still not right next week. Going to be really interesting to see how Redman and Riddles pull up as well.

5th place on the ladder.. couldn't be prouder. What an amazing season.

Loving the efforts of most but Shiel needs a role or needs to go and get minutes in the VFL.. has done nothing as sub x 2 weeks in a row and looked bad. Need more game time for the guys like Perkins, Hobbs, Durham, Martin, Caldwell etc. Another sensation performance by Merrett.. and Parish back to his early season form 3 weeks back from injury. Weeds not doing enough for me.. I'd like to see another option and he was woeful in the ruck.. didn't even halve the contest.

Can't believe this season has delivered so much.. just awesome.

I disagree, I think Weideman has been remarkably consistent the last 6 weeks.
