Hobbs looks not up to speed yet.Who makes way for them?
Merret, durham, caldwell have led the way since the Port game.I know a few guys made errors but so did they . Bit of perspective. They are a top 4 side and we are a side trying to make it past 10 years of average.
There will be personal changes before we are at their level but you can not deny we have played with a bit of heart since the port game .
Also they have better kicks in their team to move the ball quickly whereas we get the ball to Kelly, Laverde, Heppell who are more likely to hold onto it as they are more limited with their disposal.Do not think so as far as fitness. The just pounced on our errors and had better spread . It is the confidence they have in their game . We ran the game right out . It was just up and back for the last 10 minutes. They would have run us over if we were not at their fitness level.
They have the confidence to jut keep rolling the dice . We are not at that level yet .

It was a tough one today as players came in and out of the game. I guess Zack came closest to playing 4 quarters.Wow, Cameron Ling doesn't even have Merrett in the votes for the medal

1. Kyle Langford
Think they were all writing Langford down fir 3 with 90 seconds left. 5 and the winner. It was a tough one today as players came in and out of the game. I guess Zack came closest to playing 4 quarters.
Mcgrath also stopped 3-4 in a row and was able to rebound in the last.Brad pulled a coaching masterstroke with that move of Martin forward in the last. Nearly won us the game.
Faaaarken bit flat at the ground with no songs. Beats losing though, and is great given our percentage
Yeah but how did we draw it at selectionI'm proud of the boys regardless. Think there are a lot of positives to take out of that game, but also lessons which might've been drowned out by a win, without it being a loss. Enough to know you're on the right track but also a slap to the side of the head to make you wanna straighten up. Best of both worlds from a development point of view.
* me, on way home, * me. This is where we drop off the cliff. FFS. That’s a loss.
With a markerYeah but how did we draw it at selection
It's funny. People hated him before but now want him back. Have always been a fan of his effort. We are missing Guelfi in the f50.
Lucky we didnt sub one of the rucks off at 3/4 time given what happened to Jones. Could have ended up 1 short which would have killed us. Draper and Goldy did compete hard to the end at least.

Yep, was feeling positive until in the pre game remembered we were in a similar win/loss position last year.* me, on way home, * me. This is where we drop off the cliff. FFS. That’s a loss.
