Were putrid against WCE at the G a few months back. Need to pummel them from the opening minutes so they capitulate. Sydney winning last night makes our pathetic% stick out like dogs balls in the ladder logjam. Since our tall forwards are bung average and their tall defenders pretty good I'm hoping they bring it to ground.

We're gonna need a huge effort from our mids and small/ medium forwards to help us hopefully belt them by 80 points. Hopefully one of or both Dusty and Shai kick 5 goals to rocket into AA. Not expecting much from Soldo and Ryan so hopefully Miller can kick 3? Wish Cumberland was playing. Can MRJ finally kick A goal? Pummel WCE, Hawks and North and we might pump our % up to 120+? Gonna need it to scrape in the 8.

West Coast names it's strongest team of the season.

Why are we shocked anymore?

It wont matter we will win. The Eagles will set themselves up to win one more game V North in 2 weeks. Hypothetically speaking if they beat us, North would do everything to drop that game at OS in 2 weeks' time to get the No 1 pick. The eagles are not that stupid to give away harley reid or possibly trading od the No 1 pick for multiple first rounders

Hi all. What did we make of Sam Banks' game last week?

It looks like he played in the HBF role that we have seen in the VFL. However, he only had 13 disposals from 65% TOG.

Was there anything different about his role that caused his AFL numbers to be so drastically different to his VFL numbers? Or could we put this down to the fact that it was his first game?

Thanks in advance for your insight :)

It was his role to play in the arc bc Swans were Franklin focused as he was leading up . They were relying on crumbers then bombing it forward in the wet. Nobody was going to kick a long bombing goal in those conditions so he was just mopping up and killing it over the line. His role will vary with drier conditions so no reason to hit any alarm buttons yet. He was actually jittery at the start and matured into the game considering the tough conditions.

One of the best days to be near the Grog Squad.

“Are you Richo in disguise” they started singing after Jack had kicked 5 or 6.
They made the two bays to the left of the groggy dry areas, the incredible atmosphere is gone.

When all three bays fired up,NO CLUB's supporters come within a miles roar of us!
