His time to step up needs to be now - he is also 3 yrs younger than phillips. Attractive to play the debutant but we have a 21 yo who has 3 years of development and is ready to play the role. Give him the chance.

Ward has had cameos in the rotations with minimal impact. Not ready at the moment. His time will come. He needs to build his body strength. His endurance running, neat disposal and ability to read the game will pay dividends in a year or two.
