If any type of turning is involved then Sav would be close - if he keeps to a straight line he isn't too bad.

Teague is pretty slow but thats a bit harsh because he is usually on small and fast forwards.

Makepeace is in the same boat - made to look slow because he goes up against the quick forwards.

As for actual pace - Sandilands takes time to get the legs moving - the shorter the distance - the more sandilands looks slow
