Yeah, I guess that's the nature of how we're pre-programmed from childhood.

Listened to Mainstream radio up to 23, mostly pop stations
Broke away to listen to triple J only to later realize they push the artists they want.
I then went through stage 1 exploration where I just found a handfull of artists and stuck to them.
Stage 2 is exploring every possible genre with an open mind.

I even heard a Pink song today that I absolutely loved, so there you go.
