Wow very similar music and lyrics! Zep's was 1970 I think and looks like Rory's recording 1972 but listed as 'traditional' on Wiki. Maybe he was playing it before that.

Page didn't admit to a damn thing until he got sued a few times. And admitting one's influences is VERY different from giving them the credits (and royalties) they deserve when they did the actual song writing.

Yeah in reality, they are many miles apart these two. Dont know why it persists.

Yeah, I wasn’t really saying they stole it or anything, but the links there. Even Plant and Pearl Jam have been known to joke about it. As has been said, Zep are the last band that can talk!

FWIW, I love both songs and both bands!
