JT plays the first "perfect game" (no votes against him throughout the game and a consensus final jury vote) and definitely deserves the win.
Coach is happy too, because he kinda did 'change the game' in a sense, as JT brought the strongest to the end and we got the Warrior vs Wizard matchup that we'd been hoping for.
Great season, and I think JT will go down as one of the best and most deserving winners in Survivor history. He combined strategy, physical prowess, survival skills and great social play to help him win the game.
Looking forward to Survivor: Samoa, coming in September.

Think Sierra would have voted for Erinn as well. Sierra had so much hate towards her, and Erinn was the only one who didnt vote out Sierra at Sierras final tribal council. Erinn definitely would have gotten more votes than Stephen against JT. Stephen who was good at strategy, is no social mastermind thats for sure. Once he opens his gob it all goes pear-shaped. Just comes across as slimy and calculating. He did have the best posture ive ever seen someone maintain though in those conditions for 40 daysI wonder how many votes Erin would of got? If she had won, it would of been a bit of an anti-climax though, she didn't even do much/get much air time. I would say Brendan and Tyson would of voted for Erinn, maybe Taj if she was blinded by dissapointment of the previous Tribal? And honestly, I have NFI which way Sierra would of went.
JT definitely made the right choice =D

lol not exactly glowing reviews by those who have read it. Not suprising either. The guy is full of it, and in love with himself. His "lady friend" in the reunion would have been some reluctant escort he hired no doubt. And just in case someone wanted to know, here is Coach's recently published book about his 'journeys' in the Amazon.

It would be great if they could find some location like that. Probably have to make some compromises, but geez I would kill for a Survivor in snow.
This season was excellent, but IMO it had nothing on Micronesia, which was the last season I watched. Ive had Gabon spoiled rudely as well >_<. Oh well, Im thinking of obtaining some of the seasons I have never watched, and also the Australian Outback season, THAT was the best season ever. I still remember when that man (Michael?) fell on the camp fire and got terrible burns. Horrible stuff.
And on another sad note, the winner of Survivor Africa (the third season) ;Ethan Zohn has been diagnosed with cancer =( Wish him well.
For those who wish for Survivor to be in an extreme cold climate, it would never work. On top of logistical nightmares producing it, it is much more difficult to survive in an extremely cold climate with only the clothes on your back, thus much more dangerous for competitors. Hypothermia and frostbite would be real issues, lack of food would accelerate weight loss, chest infections would be more likely with very cold air and a weak immune system, and creating and maintaining fire is much more difficult.
Also if it is very cold then people won't wander far from camp, thus the social and strategic aspect of the game would be greatly diminished IMO.
