Thomas is so far ahead its an idiotic thread, Tambling has shown in glimpses he has the talent, the main problem for his inefficency use of the ball is the decisions he makes. When you continually make the wrong decisions no matter how good your skills are you will have poor efficiency. Unfortunetly for Richmond decision making is not something easily taught. I hope for his a Richmond's sake that he somehow improves the decisions he makes with the football. With Thomas has also shown glimpses would really like to see him put a full season together playing great football which he has failed to do so far.

Tambling, we are all resigned to the fact that he is rubbish

l'm not a huge Thomas fan but he easily wins this one.

Thomas has been over exposed but somehow well marketed.
I cant see him ever reaching a level which is the football equivalent of the hype. Not saying he is bad, just not as good as the hype would have you believe.

Tambling was up against it from the moment he got drafted by that joke of a club. Reputation would not be as bad if he was elsewhere.

Tambling probably has more natural talent.

Tambling's been a massive dissapointment.

Thomas has been a good player, over hyped, but a good player.
