I don't know why but I am not:eek:

I think you will be later tonight. Becuase tommorow morning is the day we will be playing for our 15th premiership and it will be my first one in my life time. I cant wait any longer I am restless and nervious. If we lose its gonna be a long preseason and a very long wait till round 1.

I think it was obviously just such a huge build up last week Dave.

Then, when the game FINALLY started, early it looked like we were going to blow them away, then it became a tight, gut wrenching arm wrestle, then it started to look a bit dire, then it looked extremely dire, then we escape with a draw.

Completely mentally exhausting!

I think only when the ball is bounced, will a lot of supporters really fire up.

Whatever happens, the good news is that our boys have got two grannies under their very young, collectively inexperienced, belts now, at the commencement of their likely 5 year premiership window.

Oh, a likely a premiership aswell hopefully.

Enjoy tomorrow Dave :thumbsu:

By 2:30 tommorow I will be pumped up but I just can't see myself being as excited as last week but If we get a Big Lead and look like Winning I will change my Tune:D:thumbsu:

I didn't think I could be as pumped as I was for the Prelim (after heartaches of '07 and '09) but I found something last week.

I have a feeling something even bigger is being kept under wraps for tomorrow. All I can say is... goodbye vocal cords... :D:thumbsu:

Sorry to correct you but if memory serves me right, we were 1 point up and they had to kick a point to escape with a draw !!!!!!!

Yeah, sorry i didn't put every twist and turn there...was referring to the bit where Goddard put them a goal up and they had the momentum..

I'd still say however, it was us who escaped with a draw.

Esp even when their last equalising point looked like it was going to be a goal, kicked by Milne of all people!

Kosi's missed mark at the death was another very near miss

Agree Swoop we got away with the Draw after play a Terrible Game and the Cloke Goal was even a Bit Lucky - Though Great Vision by Dawes with the Handball:thumbsu::thumbsu:

I know how you feel TD. I stuffed around so much last week and wasted so much time chasing elusive game tiks that I've really had to knuckle down and get some work done over the past few days. I've had neither the time nor the energy to get excited.

HOMP and I decided that we wouldn't go to training this week either. We thought we'd give the boys peace and support them from afar. It's odd, but I still feel somewhat drained. Hoping to wake fresh and firing tomorrow.:thumbsu:
