It was shoved away by Ginbey. No, I said where's his duty of care for Brock, as well as himself?

You guys just can't help yourself but to use emotive arguments because you're incapable of logic, eh?
Show me a single post where I've defended it.Are you condoning that dog ginbeys actions are you? Let me guess you defended another Eagles Dog act Gaff on Brayshaw
Hold on… was it a deliberate shove to push him off his line or an accidental push? You’re all over the place BZ.

Pushing a man into a contest and them ending up injured isn't a suspendable offence.Man this has to be the most simple logic argument possible. Ginbey shoves Lalor into the contest PERIOD = fractured jaw.
Don't think he's 'Astute' enough to look, tbh.Show me a single post where I've defended it.
I've said from the start that it was dumb and careless.

So you’re saying Ginbey should be punished for the dangerous act he executed. Excellent. We’re making progress. As I said earlier a few times, if you want to prevent such incidents in future, you need to punish actions and not outcomes.
So his speed played no factor at all, he just got pushed?Pushed him off his line, which accidentally ended up with him crashing into Brock.
Is it really this hard to understand that he meant to push him but didn't mean to push him into Brock?
No, I'm saying(for the umpteenth time because you clearly don't want to go back and read) that if the AFL wants to punish this action, then they need to introduce a law and not make one up on the spot to punish a bloke for a rule that doesn't exist. So you’re saying Ginbey should be punished for the dangerous act he executed. Excellent. We’re making progress.

So this was not a free kick and not a suspension? Kind of like riewoldt and barrass. You guys are goofballsPushing a man into a contest and them ending up injured isn't a suspendable offence.

Did he deliberately push him? AbsolutelyIt wasn't careless it was deliberate.
Are you really this dumb? Tunneling can award a suspension, pushing a bloke into a contest cannot, as evidenced by Hopper. So this was not a free kick and not a suspension? Kind of like riewoldt and barrass. You guys are goofballs
because Hopper pushed Day into a contest and broke his collarbone. Not sure why you have sent this to me.
Both your examples were not free kicks or suspensionsAre you really this dumb? Tunneling can award a suspension, pushing a bloke into a contest cannot, as evidenced by Hopper.
Tunneling is a free kick and a suspension. There's a rule in place for this. Both your examples were not free kicks or suspensions
Did he deliberately push him? Absolutely
Did he deliberately push him with the intent to injure him? Probably not. Only Rueben knows.
My guess would be that he probably didn't want the bloke to end up with a hairline jaw fracture, but that's what happens in a contact sport.
I'm sure Jordan De Goey didn't want Brad Shepherd to rip his hammy off the bone when he gave him a push in the 2018 QF either.
I'm also sure Maynard didn't want to concuss Angus Brayshaw in the 2023 QF.
That's the nature of sport, shit happens.
Sure they do but you can't punish someone for a rule that doesn't exist.AFL have to do something about this. Tom Hawkins is renowned for shoving opponents in the back. Caused several injuries. Soldo did his ACL from Hawkins shoving him into the contest.
How is this even remotely relevant? Both your examples were not free kicks or suspensions
So Ginbey should be free to play round 1?Tunneling is a free kick and a suspension. There's a rule in place for this.
Push in the back is a free kick. Has been forever.
you're saying Ginbey should be punished outside the rules.
Lalor got his free kick.
There's plenty of rules that cover this.Sure they do but you can't punish someone for a rule that doesn't exist.
Yes.So Ginbey should be free to play round 1?
