Certainly puts them in a really tough spot doesn't it ... given we missed the final last year on percentage (one club - consistency!) at 5-2 ... will make life really tough for them ... they'll be missing Courtney Cramey as well ...

Yes and no ... both are superstars, and are massive losses, I think we've got the cattle to go a long way to replace Paxy, while the Crows have nothing to fill Phillips' void.

Great result! Loving the look of that side on paper ... pretty filthy I'll only be able to watch the first qrt before needing to head out.

This is great news. Paxman is an absolute gun and even though we have better midfield depth then some, there is no denying it’s a loss not to have her out there. I’m also glad to have Misfud back.

You will be clear on top after this game and stay there, I reckon. Brennan for the Dogs looks to be out for the rest of the season, Melbourne will go all the way now.

LOL. IIRC Rafter never actually played a match while ranked #1 and lost the ranking after just one week. At least we'll play today while top of the ladder. Though to be honest I won't really consider us genuinely on top till the round is complete, so fingers, toes and everything else crossed that we can actually get the win.

Was interested/fascinated/pleased to see that the team will not be coming home from Perth after the match, but will stay in the West for a few days before heading directly to Alice Springs for next Saturday's game against Collingwood. Must have all booked in leave from their 9 to 5's I guess.

I was out, so was checking teh scores on the app ... I thought there was a problem with it/my phone, as it didn't seem to be updating the score ... then I realised.
