Neeld proved in his first press conference that he is totally out of his depth, and has some serious maturity issues which should not be present in someone employed as a senior AFL coach.
His recent performances in the media are an example of someone restraining themselves, and quoting cliches

Hawthorn will beat them by 150
Then Collingwood on the Queens birthday will beat them by 180

They need to start the cleanout at the top, the tanking culture has bitten them on the arse, I know they were found not guilty, but maybe that was the worst possible out come, maybe if they were found guilty and the perpetrators kicked out them maybe the players would put in.
