I wouldn't get rid of Neeld, I'd get rid of Neil Craig.

In his last 11 weeks coaching the Crows, he took them to 9 losses, including a 96 point loss to the Demons, and a 103 point loss to the Saints.

Demons have the same stink about them, I wouldn't blame the rookie coach who is getting games into kids and learning his craft, I'd look towards his mentor who when his own team was spiraling, he showed no ability to reverse the trend or motivate the young players.

Garry Lyon gets questioned about appointing Mark, why did he appoint a senior advisor/mentor, that while was a good servant to footy, was clearly past his use by date?

Just my opinion.
