Some relevance maybe, but in my cash league I made the finals by beating a mate by 15 points, I knew my team was shot but I was thrilled to make finals. The next round I got beaten by 200 odd points and my mate who lost to me the previous week would've won and gone into the preliminaries. He's being pestering me since saying I didn't deserve to make it blah blah but it is what you make it and you take the opportunity when it presents itself.

Good luck West Coast in the finals, you deserve to be there after the way you played last night and for what its worth you guys will probably give Port more of a scare than what we would of.

We went through the same thing last season when finals were on the line & didn't rock up against Carlton & the exact same thing was said then. If that didn't teach them a lesson then I highly doubt this loss will mean anything next season.

I am questioning our leadership in the wake of this disgrace. I mean the fact that certain players just couldn't get themselves up for the biggest game of their career to date is absolutely beyond me. I am really starting to have my doubts on Nathan Jones, he has been an amazing player for us but he really has diminished this year. Don't even start me on Vince and Gawn. Two guys that should be so filthy at themselves for their efforts. Man this still really sucks.

You might as well just lose to the Eagles and Adelaide and win the easy ones instead. After all, it's given Port a top 4 spot.

I was thinking the same thing. We barely pumped anyone the bulldogs was the best at 57 points. How costly is the brisbane game now? We get 32 up and then allow 4 of the last 5 goals of the game. It's great that we got the win and then destiny was in our hands but maybe we would of been better having the Collingswood game first and then have a goal for brisbane, doesn't matter I guess, it was on the line on saturday and there was no intensity from the start. Next year I really want to see foot on throat stuff next year, like the freo match we got to 27 up we needed to stay that far in front and then crush their spirit after half time, instead they got a late goal and a sniff and destroyed us in the quarter. Anyway I'm probably raambling on. On a positive note I'm not stressing about injured players coming back for finals. Season done rest what needs to be rested.
