Ophidian Old Boys
They’re not especially popular - when they were originally released in the 1980s they were a middling success and pulled off the menu pretty quicklyWhy are McRibs seemingly so popular?
I did my own flooring in the dining/living area.I was going to change to some type of hard flooring but since I'm likely to move in a year or 2 I'm just going to put carpet in again with sheet vinyl in the kitchen because it will be way cheaper.
It cost $3k 10 years ago, hopefully it's no more than something like $4k now..
Cheers - only went the carpet tiles due to the gharish colour my little boss demanded and I'm expecting a change of opinion in a few years. It's not a thoroughfare so should be fine.Oh, carpet tiles. Didn't think of them.
I was considering recarpeting this place before I moved in, but because the existing carpet cleaned up OK and I found the choices from the nearby purveyor dreary I didn't bother.
Fancied a bright blue or seep red or something different. Was more a passing fancy. But maybe tiles as a retrofit? Only in in 2 bedrooms. Tiles in the bathroom and wood everywhere else.
Let us know how you get on Mofra
This one is a bit of a pain because the wooden floor underneath isn't good enough to lay directly on, need plywood put down first like he did in the kitchen which would make it even more expensive than just putting in carpet again. Corners everywhere as well.I did my own flooring in the dining/living area.
Did a 10mm hybrid herringbone. Frustrating as hell to put in but it came up a treat and after using the mitre saw 600+ times, I still have all my fingers. Bought a nail-gun just for the skirting (and a small bit of scotia) and I'm really glad I did.
Feels really nice underfoot too

Bit ugly but probably last 10+ years... amazon generally seems a little pricey now might be better places to look.

Depends how cheap you want to go, but there are some nice G-Shocks that will do what you need while not likely to breakAnyone know where i can buy a cheap waterproof dumb watch?
