Probably like many others, the system timed me out whilst I was waiting for confirmation of receipt of payment. What sort of system kicks out a customer after payment details etc have been tendered to the vendor? FWIW the 'clock' expired due to the site's inability to process each page in a timely manner. It is 2018 and we are still having to deal with this poor system and service.

The real question is why the ticket sales were timed simultaneously for all games, they haven't been in previous years. Every year it stresses the systems.They've also shortened the members pre-sale window from days to 5 hours. Are they trying to create a sense of urgency?

The fact that in 2018 we can't even get a proper seating map and select bays/seats says all you need to know about Ticketek.

Managed to get in once only to have it repeatedly freeze before being able to select seats now i'm back in queue

Have my fingers crossed tightly that this all passes before the MCC & Club Member sales this afternoon. I just watched my screen refresh for 30 mins and all I wanted to do was login so my details were ready for later

I love the Swans set up that enables all premium members to buy directly through the club before they go on sale by Ticketek, for all finals (Including GF). It enables me to miss all this fun with the Ticketek website.

The fact that these games were all sold at the same time via a system that has a history of being a disgrace would be enough to get him sacked from any other organisation.

Putting them all on sale at the same time when they have the games spread out over 3 days more than a week from now just makes no sense

Use any word you want, it’s the same outcome- they get to sell AFL finals tickets, they can’t handle the demand, ****ing loyal fans over.

Insane so many club members are missing out! Are there even still tickets available to those patiently waiting in the online queues?

Will be a little bit of outrage by the media, but end of the day, why would they care- they’ve already got their guaranteed tickets..

Well I got charged TWICE for tickets that I didn't even end up getting. Refund processed 30 minutes later, but what a debacle - they had my money and I had my tickets as far as I am concerned.
