I never ended up getting the SMS. I sorted them into my iPhone wallet via the email link.

No printed tickets are going to be accepted apparently.

I got an SMS for mine but not my son's. We've put a copy of his (from the email) on both our phones & have also printed off a copy just in case! Not a great system this - why we can't just use our cards if we've been successful in the ballot I don't know.

Just download the ticketek app.

Log in with your details and go to tickets and your ticket will be there and you can scan that at the gate.

Yes you can print it as the email from Ticketek said that is what those who don't have smart phones can do.

Do a search by my name in this thread and you will find that sentence from the cut and paste I did the other day of Ticketek's email.
