You do realise Tredrea was a captain in two grand finals seasons, one as winner? What exactly did Brown's leadership accomplish? A mass exodus of young players?

Very late with this response...but tredrea was vc in 2004 and only captained because primus was injured. Aside from that brown was just starting his career when brisbane won their flags while tredrea was at his peak so its not a fair comparison. It's also common knowledge that he wasnt liked by his own teammates (voted himself captain and received no other votes).

I've always considered Pav more of a hybrid CHF - FF, like the modern KPF player. Not a traditional CHF.
