Might have to wait until Round 3 before we actually have a percentage if we're fair dinkum in Round 1.
You mean it could be the reverse of the AFLW situation...

Apologizing for making our AFLW gals play them first up...

And we have a VFL practice match tomorrow - Tuohy, Henry and Narkle will be lining up in that

No Evans? Guess we know who the injury sub will be then.

Evans & Constable in SA

Thinking it'd be something of a s**t way to debut, so maybe Constable as the sub and this is gaining experience for Evans by traveling with the team

Pretty good availability across the next tier at the moment. Brownless the only one I have down as AWOL.

Anyone getting along to the game? Very keen to hear how the 2020 draftees go, in particular.

Fort back earlier than usual is great we might need him this year.

Glad to see Lang and Thurlow back.

Where is Brownless?

A lot to like but also seems thin on senior listed mids. Draft capital will need to be spent on this area next year for sure.

We do have some senior mids on the sidelines which would skew the mix of the squad. Add Duncan and Simpson into the senior team and Brownless, Constable and Evans and this squad would look a lot more balanced.

Yeah, but there will always be a mid or two injured. I think it's now our thinnest spot on the development squad

Why do they need byes when there's an even number of teams?

I hope they do a better job of coming up with a fixture in the second year of the comp.
Might be for rep footy?

Injuries dont help there..for eg a fit simpson pushes guys from afl like zuthrie and CC into vfl mids..and i think stevens will become a mid once he develops physically. But yes we could use drafting or FA more with danger sel guthrie menegola and duncan all near or past 30.
