VFL Practice Match Review

Normally wouldn't post about this however Geelong fielded a very strong team.

Brad Ottens - Played up until a bit before half time and looked good. Didn't see him again. Not sure if he got injured or just had a rest for round 1.

Gary Ablett - Showed no sign of injury and fitness looked good. Ready to go!

Selwood - Another who looked fit and ready. Played very well today.

Varcoe - Looks like he has settled down even more. Showed some flashes of brilliance that we have come to expect from trav.

Dawson Simpson - Still looks very raw. Disposal needs to be worked on, however i was impressed with his ability to get to the ball ups. Also pushed forward at times. His height will be dangerous.

Bedford - Played pretty good. Seems to float in and out of game.

Hogan - Thought he was pretty quite over all.

Moles - Loving this bloke. Looks solid as and looks like he will be a player!

Kangas - Played tall and seemed to be ok. Runs himself till he can't run anymore. Looks pretty good.

Not sure if we won or not, had to leave at half time. But never the less a good guide to how the youngins are going.
