I don't want to be a thread killer if I can help it but do you realise we signed Banfield to a contract a couple of years ago which enables him to leave as a free agent this season if he wants to? The contract he signed had a trigger where he has to come onto the main list but he has the option of signing with another club as an unrestricted free agent if he choses that option.
