2. Wells. He didn't have the best game he could have, and his side had a poor loss, but he still contributed.
1. Simpson. Kicked a good goal early on, but struggled to get enough of the footy to have an impact. Probably his worst game for the year.

C'mon, you're a smart man, you don't honestly believe that Stanton has only been good this season? He's in career best form, but never been poor or mediocre.

The same could be said for Stanton, was very good for 3 quarters then dropped out of the game when the Tiges challenged and then picked up 3 or 4 cheapies in the last 2 minutes.

3. Stanton. 3 goals, 22 kicks, 10CP, 29 touches, 90% DE etc. Is so improved this year that this isn't even a remarkable game for him.
2. Wells. One of his better games of the year, and would have pushed for best of the round if it wasn't for the terrible fade by North against Port. Stats were comparable with Stanton, though fewer goals, fewer touches of the ball, and worse DE (63%).
1. Simpson. Struggled again with the rest of the team misfiring. Some early goals and he looked set for a big day, but once Adelaide got on top he was hardly sited.
