What’s the story- Jye Bolton

I know it’s probably past him now, but what is the story? I’ve been out of the draft loop a bit but this guys record is outstanding over such a long period, I’d even put it out there he is the most dominant wafl player in the last 20 years.
He seems good size and disposal seems decent with success stories like Priddis Kelly and Tom Stewart having late starts why was this guy never given a list spot?
Is he a w***er ? Is he not interested? Is he too slow? (Not that Priddis was fast). Just looking for some clarity. I can see he was on Collingwood list for 1 year at age 19 in 2011 when they had an enormous midfield.

And he is 188 cm and 90kg that’s probably in the big body midfielder class. that’s 2 cm on jack Zeibell and 2 kgs.
