Obviously been thinking of the current situation that's being blasted on every TV channel.

What would you do if next year this was the biggest news story? If the AFL stripped us of our premierships, how would you feel? What could you do? Would you be plain angry at the GFC, or more upset? Would you feel cheated by the club, or just be more hurt the premierships have been taken away?

Would you still see the club as premiers in those years?

Would your love for the club subside a little? Could you go and support the team the next week?

Lets hope none of Costa's money is dodgy

I honestly dont know what I would do.

What I do know is it would hurt alot more than 95 or any of the other losing GFs, in that we won it and had it taken away.

As if you'd even think about topping yourself.

Can't really say how I would feel unless it became a reality, but considering how lenient AFL has been in the past don't think it is something we should worry about

It was the first thing I though of when I heard the news. Especially with the similarities with our premiership years and failure.

I really do feel for those Storm supporters right now.

I have a distinct memory of reading that exact sentence sometime in either 98 or 99??

We were fined, I think? As have a lot of clubs. It's happened reasonably often. ....Obviously not nearly as seriously as Carlton last decade and Essendon in the early-mid 90's.

I dont know what Storm did but with us we recruited well, trained our players hard and got the rewards for it. We did not buy players to win a premiership. If it was found we paid our players over the cap I dont feel taking our cups would be justified.

Like i said i dont know what Storm did or whether they bought high-profile players, just saying that in our case it would be bs.

Thankfully, we have the Cookie Monster and really never have to worry about anything like this occurring whilst he is at our club. He truly is a genius, a professional and a man who has mine (and i dare say the GFC communities) utmost respect.

Additionally, there is no way the Frankie would sweep a issue of this nature the carpet.

BUT (big BUT), if it did occur, i'd be all of the above. I've been a member since i was born (25 plus years), spent $600 plus since 2004 on Social Club membership, purchased Grand Final Tickets, Interstate Trips, memorabilia, etc so I'd be shattered if the club i love took me for a ride.

I'd stop supporting the club (well, try too - Not the players fault) and just follow them.
