Probably because I can't stand anything about them.

But, I think you're best younger blokes overrated and you are losing some good older blokes to retirement.

We're almost as bad.
Lol to be honest I don’t think people rate much of our young players besides weiters walsh curnow and mckay. Unless you think any of them are overrated too ?

Difficult to separate between Nth, Demons or Crows

Nth = probably at ground zero, solid culture and will bounce back
Crows = another year or 2 of pain, need some off field changes
Demons = list is ok, but mentally fragile. Difficult to turn a club around that is so used to not achieving

Voted for NM... then changed it to Essendon to put them into 2nd place for lols and for a measure of how it is at the end of trade period and before the draft.

That said, Essendon's draft haul this year means that they'll rebound quickly, whereas Adelaide and NM will have a much slower burn

Heh? Both north and Adelaide have better draft picks this year.

Not that it makes a difference. Both of our lists aren't in good shape.

Richmond is monopolising your every waking moment. Either get psychological help, or retreat to the Bay where at least your obsession is mildly amusing.
Avoiding the contest to instead play the man huh?
Interesting choice.

Pains me to say but I still think Hawthorn have the worst list heading into 2021. Unfortunately they are in a terrible position at the moment and sadly I think they're going to be down the bottom for quite some time. Hopefully they can rebuild their list over the next few years with some good draft picks. I'm rooting for them.

Like clockwork mate with another Hawthorn obsessed post. In what way is your mob's list better than ours?. We have a decent best 22 it's the depth that's the is issue which we have gone some way in addressing. With Mckenna and Saad gone who is going to provide explosive rebound from the backline? That's the part of the ground which we are the strongest even with losing Frawley and Stratton. If Sicily was there it would be a great backline. People are going to disagree with that but that's fine I see more than a supporter from another team. I'm not saying we will make the 8 but it's not a bottom 4 team nor a bottom 4 list.

There is a choice of 3 or 4 of which my team features highly. Will be interesting to see how Adelaide and Nth Melbourne rebound, I actually respected Norths decision to move on some stars even though they weren't going to get a first round pick for them, if they are going to rebound it'll be on the back of putting 50 games into new players.

For the Crows, the shining light is in this draft, we picked some more hard heads, there is a lot to be said for players that intimidate and for once, we have been picking them....of course, it is Adelaide so will they put games into them?

In saying that though, I reckon the Hawks are the worst placed but a decent draft this year will solve that

Speed is over rated from half back. Precision ball movement isn’t. Hawthorn of all clubs should respect this

Melbourne should feature higher imho. Have clearly topped up on the back of that dream run in 2017 (prelim?) and have not gone anywhere since. Brought in older heads to try and challenge with no real guarantees or recent success since 2017.

Is it now or never for Simon Goodwin?

What?

Jackson, Pickett, Rivers, Bowey, Laurie, Rosman.

Langdon is 24 if you're trying to label him an older head.

Tomlinson is 27 and we gave up nothing to get him.

Brown is 28 and we got picks that we used to bring in some of the above draftees.

Melbourne added youth and targeted experienced players for specific roles.
