The game plan Noble has brought in is pretty good. The test is when you become a better team then opposition coaches put more work into how you are setting up. He's turned it around in a short space of time.
Surely coaches do that every week regardless of the team.

Our actual game plan has been pretty much the same all year.

The difference is we can now field our best team, the team is incredibly fit and their is buy-in from the players.

‘’Carlton looked absolutely stuffed half way through the third quarter; after that it was a training drill.

Game plans dont change week to week, there may be some adjustments here and there. Tactics are what change week to week, match ups, tags, loose player etc.

Not even a big call right now. It's just realistic. And if they beat Tigers every chance they play Swans and Crows in Melbourne making them favourites.

We haven't beaten Sydney at Docklands in nearly 15 years. There's having the wood over a team, then there's us vs Swans. We will absolutely lose that comfortably. Would love to beat Richmond but they looked very good against Brisbane so can't see that happening either.

Who that we delisted would/should be playing over which current undeserving players?

Macmillan - A very mediocre footballer who was a defender that could not defend (or attack for that matter). Aaron Hall & Jack Ziebell have taken his spot and are having better seasons then he ever had.

Pittard - See Macmillan + a worse kick.

Ahern - Consistently came back from off season overweight. Currently plodding in the VFL.

Crocker - Should have never been drafted.

Wood - Athletically gifted, but a pea heart who had 1 good game and 5 poor ones. Not a leader.

Daw - Consistently injured/off-field troubles. Not playing ahead of Corr, Tarrant & McKay.

Vickers-Willis - Injury issues/not good enough.

Crocker - Not good enough, should have never been drafted.

Durdin - See Daw & Ahern. Plodding in SANFL.

Williams - Worst field kick in the AFL.

Jacobs - Concussion.

Murphy - See Crocker.

Crocker is so bad you listed him twice!

hence not to rise too quickly, we should be aiming for 13th in 2022 and then finals in 2023.

And with yesterday’s loss North are start-to-finish wooden spooners. A rare occurrence I would think.

That said, their improvement and effort after the bye has been commendable, and I doubt they’ll be spooners next year.

at most 13th in 2022, then launch from there…the rest is history.
