Brisbane Lions will be having nightmares about second quarters at the moment. 18.2 to 1.4 in the last two weeks. So they're exactly 100 down in second quarters in the last fortnight. Overall they're 262 points down in 21 second quarters with only 3 winning second quarters(one against us).

Carlton were 8 points ahead of GWS. Then GWS kicked 10.4 to 1.0.

Even worse for Brisbane. They led Hawthorn 4.2 to 1.3 then conceded 14.2 to 1.4.

AFL player Matthew Jaensch has been caught drink-driving, it was confirmed today.

Jaensch, 25, debuted against Port Adelaide in round six of the 2010 AFL season. He has played a further five games against the club since.

Earlier, Advertiser journalist Graham Cornes contacted the Port Adelaide Football Club for comment, but was hung up on.

It is not the first drink driving incident linked to Port Adelaide. In 2005, full-forward Jay Schulz was charged with drink drinking and speeding.

Yep. Matthew Jaensch is generally considered an absolute ******* in his home town of Hahndorf. His dad is considered something of a local legend but nobody has anything nice to say about young Matthew.

So far the Brisbane v Hawthorn game has been going much like the Brisbane v Adelaide game from last week. Brisbane won the first quarter on both occasions, lost the second by monster margins, lost the third by a single goal. Now, as they did last week, will Brisbane lose the last quarter by 6 goals?
