You wouldn't get more than 50 for him.
I reckon we could. He's easily one of the best players in the world right now and if Bale can go for 90+ we can get 80 or so for Suarez. I for one wouldn't sell him for less.

Sell him at 31 for some ridiculous fee? He'll almost certainly stay another season. Ideal scenario for us is we keep him until 2018 and then sell him after the 2018 WC to Real for some stupidly ridiculous fee. I'd be happy with that.

Fair points. You'd be much better off forgoing the extra £30-40m and keeping Suarez for another 4 seasons! It's real, anything is possible. They paid 47m pounds for Zidane aged 29 in 2001.
And I mean a ridiculous fee for a 31 year old which would be anything over 30m.

Let's not compare one of the all time greats with Suarez. It's real, anything is possible. They paid 47m pounds for Zidane aged 29 in 2001.

What's with all these definitive answers?
"We wont do this", "we wont do that", "he will do this". It's all just stupid.
Ronaldo was 25 when Madrid paid 80 mil for him
Bale was 23 when Madrid paid 77 mil for him
Suarez is 27.
People need to come back to reality.
Plus Zidane's game had nothing to do with pace he was just that good age didn't hinder him at all. Also the game is very different now than it was 13 years agoLet's not compare one of the all time greats with Suarez.
Ronaldo 6-7 seasons at his peak when signedI'd argue that Suarez over the last two seasons has played at a better level than Bale, and a similar level to Ronaldo before they made their big money moves. So I don't see why a 65m+ price tag isn't a possibility, especially if Benzema is moved on to Juventus.

What if, hypothetically, I love you.
I would hypothetically dump you in a barrel, fill it with cement and toss you down Port Phillip Bay
With the money they'd get they would still go backwards. No striker available to them would fill half the void Suarez leaving would cause. It's a non-issue and wont be a transfer story we will be discussing this summer I think
I would be surprised if Suarez leaves next season, unless someone offers him Rooney wages, which could be likely
Maybe in 2-3 years time but probably not next season
