I would encourage those with a real passion for a club to nominate themselves to start a thread detailing what they think about said club.

That is wrong on so many levels it's not funny.

By all means write some reviews on other clubs but please don't tell me we have supporters that have passion for another club.

Absolutely. I'm not expecting much of a reception from Melbourne fans. There doesn't seem to be a lot of them around BF at the moment.

That is a fairly stupid statement to make. Explain the different levels.
Why can't people have more than one passion? Or different types of passion? Have you ever heard the expression "I hate it with a passion"?
You confuse me. What purpose does your post serve? If someone has a genuine interest in a club, I think they would be able to write up a team much more effectively than someone who knows nothing about a club. Why don't you take one of the clubs? And if you can get past your "essendon will finish first and we shouldn't like anything else in the world" you may feel free to kept that to yourself.

There is nothing wrong with having a soft spot for another club. I grew up in Sydney but chose Essendon as my team because they had the same colours as my NRL team. However I went to many Swans games growing up and definitely consider them my second team. I was very happy when they won the flag in 2005 and take a keen interest in them. Doesn't mean I love the Bombers any less.

Still a few unclaimed clubs, I am without Internet except for on my phone, so having trouble viewing, but from memory still have:

Adelaide
Port Adelaide
Essendon
Hawthorn
St kilda

Can't remember what else. Any takers?

Move to other boards and see how Dee and Kangaroo supporters have derailed threads about how good there players are.

It doesn't have to be Quite as detailed as other threads have been, you can just right it in any depth or way you want to. These threads were mainly to boost discussion and see what we as dons fans expect f other clubs but if you don't have the time, that is fine. I know where you are coming from, year 12 was a bitch.

Guys - just be careful using other peoples information. I used some information/write ups of a North supporter (and numerous other sources) and probably didnt refernce his stuff very well and a few people got a bit upset. Certainly dont want to upset opposition supporters now - do we!!!
