Jonas is an interesting player really. I don't feel he was much chop at SANFL level, and wasn't particularly in good form when he was first starting to be picked for the 22. He was persisted with despite being ultra defensive, slow with no real weapons besides physical presence. He prospered in our good years and has been horribly exposed for the limited player he is during our down year this year.

Certainly not the most talented player, but definately one of the most physical and strong. His one on one efforts last year were immense and some of the best in the AFL. However that is all he ever was.

I question his worth as an AFL level player at current. Especially since his one and only strength has deserted him. He has no other skills or abilities to fall back on, this is what makes him top tier carbon rod material at the moment.
