I have more faith in the likes of Kyrgios, Chung and Rublev winning Grand Slams, but Zverev should also be something special.

Have to remember he is only 20, and already has some Masters titles under his belt. Someone like Murray didn't really start to go nuts until just after turning 21. No reason Zverev can't be a top 5 player for a long time, and his slam losses in the last year or so have usually been to reasonable players.

Most young stars would give one of their kidneys to have a career like a Del Potro or Berdych.

There was a whole generation of players who should have been 'something special', had not some supermen decided that they would keep Grand Slam finals for themselves, long past the age where they should've been.

They're still doing it.
I'd suggest you're hinting at something outside of the rules of the sport. Whether I agree or not, I'm not sure.

Why not be less cryptic and just say that you believe players are blood doping? Who are the culprits?

36 year old superhuman who can run the legs off of a 22 year old and is moving faster and harder than ever before

VS

29 year old who has tested positive for a banned substance and used to typically ordinary excuse to get out of his ban
But he's not moving faster and harder than ever before. Have you been living under a rock pre-2010? Federer makes other players look silly because of his ridiculous shot selection, accuracy and footwork skills. Getting into position, being well-balanced and being good enough to hit the lines will make anyone look slower than they actually are.

Why would Federer risk his total legacy to dope at the age of 36 to hopefully win a couple more slams?

It makes no sense whatsoever.

Maybe just maybe his direct competition are either young peahearts or are playing injured (Djoker and Murray).

But you know lets just go with the easy answer of must be doping.

That just means that older players now have the advantages. Right?

It's now better to be 36 than 26. Or something.
Yes, post 30! Actually Tiafoe won a tournament today

On a side note Zverev and Ferrero are no longer working together
