Cardinals called us about Foles. Didn't eventuate but they were looking.

Ravens cutting Maclin. I fully expect us to sign him

Oh yea, and Honey Badger released as expected. Someone will be more than happy to pay the man I'm sure.

Steve Wilks going about it the "Carolina way" with complete dismissal of the safety position, #overrated #notrequired :drunk:
Arizona is f**king stupid. Cut Matheu because he wont take a pay cut, but sign Bradford.

QB > Every other position. You can't win without even an average starting QB. You can without a Safety.

I understand the argument against Bradford. I wouldn't touch him with a 100 foot pole but damn, for a QB living off his college reputation, $100 million plus in career earnings to date beggars belief.

And you think you can win with a QB who spends 99% of the time injured?

Perhaps I wasn't strong enough in my initial commentary so for added emphasis, I've put my opinion on Bradford in bold.

2018/19 playoff teams??

Bills, Titans, Browns, Chargers, Steelers, Colts

Lions, Bears, Vikings, Saints, 49ers, Giants

lol @ lions ... how do you come to that conclusion in that division?

(I could lol @ others but i could easily make up a reason for others such as the Colts, Giants or Browns making it, i just have no idea how you come up with Detroit)

Seen lots of people premature ejaculating over the 9ers, no doubt whatsoever they are on the right path but i reckon they are still a year away from playoffs.

Who will be the team to go from worst to first in a division then? Texans? Someone does it every year if not multiple

Why do you think the Packers fired Ted Thompson?
Because he was chronically adverse to using Free Agency.
And
Because the Jaguars and Eagles had great success last season in Free Agency. Same with other teams who all had good records last season.
The NFL is a copy-cat league, and now dipping hard into FA is the trend given all the success.
This is why you're seeing teams go nuts in the first wave of FA, spending huge...not that doing that per se is a sign of their looming success, but it's why there have been so many massive contracts.
But you can look thru teams with existing good rosters and who they've gotten in FA, and make a general forecast who might be good chances for playoffs; even so soon.

Dorsey has done a great job in Cleveland so far. They'll be a rough outsider, but well worth watching for the playoff race.
Otherwise, many of the teams I mentioned are already pretty good roster-wise and I can see them making or pushing for playoffs.
