Summers did an interview on the weekend and stated that our season goal was to still make the top 4, endorsed Richo but says he has to show a major turn around. Basically setting him up to fail.

If that’s not an unrealistic KPI I don’t what it is...

Mate, he’s out of answers. I’m one of Richo’s biggest critics but even I feel extremely bad for the bloke. He’s clearly out of his depth with one foot out the door. He’ll fall on his sword & walk after the season IMHO.

TBH if top 4 is the KPI the situation is already untenable for Richo. For his and his family's sake, he should start making plans to exit amicably with a suitable deal.

Don't think there's any "feel good" way of doing it unfortunately. He's obviously a nice guy, but that's not what it's about at the end of the day.
